Lefebvre Dalloz, the French brand of the European Lefebvre Sarrut Group, offers a comprehensive range of Publishing, Training and Software & Services. A leader in legal and tax knowledge, Lefebvre Dalloz provides day-to-day support to regulated professions, companies and the public and academic sectors.

Recently, all Lefebvre Dalloz employees, spread over 7 sites, were brought together on a single site, in the Tour Lefebvre Dalloz, at La Défense. Videlio was asked to equip all areas of the building, with a particular focus on the employee experience.

THE CHALLENGES

  • Integrate a high volume of meeting rooms, shared and collaborative spaces
  • Enable site employees to adopt the solutions as quickly as possible, to ensure that their operational activities are maintained.
  • Create a center dedicated to video content creation

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED

Technique

Videlio’s teams have integrated over 100 videoconference rooms into Lefebvre Dalloz’s new home, all equipped with room entry displays and a reservation system. In addition, 30 dual learning rooms have been set up for on-site and remote training of the company’s clients.

Digital signage solutions were installed on each floor, enabling content to be broadcast and streamed from the 2 audiovisual studios, also built by Videlio.

Finally, our experts set about integrating the boardroom (16 people) with a 98-inch screen, 2 65-inch repprt screens and 4 cameras.

Advice

Videlio proposed and deployed a change management support plan that included training, tools, resources and methods.

The aim? To enable all Lefebvre Dalloz employees to adopt all the new solutions and rooms.
