THE PROJECT

The “Metal AMS 2024” event organized by Cetim took place on March 20 and 21, 2024 in Senlis, France. It is the only international symposium in France dedicated to metal additive manufacturing. This second edition attracted a large audience thanks to a rich program of conferences on themes such as design, materials, simulation and sustainable development. The event aimed to promote French academic and industrial skills in this emerging field.

THE CHALLENGES

  • Understand the customer’s specific needs and propose appropriate capture solutions: Carefully analyze Cetim’s requirements for the AMS event, particularly with regard to video capture, in order to provide technical and logistical solutions that precisely meet their expectations and objectives.
  • Provide a reliable and intuitive streaming platform: Ensure the availability and quality of the live broadcast of the event, offering a seamless experience to participants wherever they may be.
  • Facilitate the exchange of files and speakers’ presentations: Set up efficient file-sharing tools and a user-friendly interface for speakers to share their presentations and documents, promoting fluid communication and transparent information sharing.

SOLUTION PROVIDED

Videlio-Events provided our customer with VOD facilities for two years. This represents a major asset for disseminating the various presentations to their community. All the seminars in the various sessions are recorded and edited on site, and then sent to our streaming platform for VOD. Post-production is carried out locally, guaranteeing optimum content quality.
