Background and challenges

With the rise of telecommuting and remote collaboration, SACEM felt the need to modernize its infrastructure. The objective was clear: to create a flexible, innovative working environment that not only reflected the organization’s identity, but also facilitated fluid communication between internal teams and external partners. To meet this challenge, SACEM sought a partner capable of offering cutting-edge technological solutions and adapting quickly to its needs.

To achieve these ambitious goals, Videlio has deployed technological solutions in 17 rooms of various sizes at SACEM. Here are just a few of the innovations deployed:

MTR systems from Logitech: The rooms were equipped with devices such as Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini and Meet Up, offering exceptional audio and video quality, essential for smooth virtual meetings.
Samsung screens: High-resolution screens were chosen to enhance the visual experience and enable more impactful presentations.
Wired document sharing solutions: These ensure fast, efficient sharing of information, promoting fluid, immediate collaboration.

Each room has been designed to maximize team efficiency and productivity, with equipment adapted to different meeting configurations, from small group brainstorming to large-scale presentations.

This project was not just a simple client-supplier relationship, but a true collaboration based on trust.
