Boxes, huddle rooms

Confidentiality or informal spaces such as boxes, bubbles or cabins are now essential in the layout of buildings. Discover Videlio’s support in their audiovisual integration

Islands in Open Space

In increasingly open buildings, it is essential to have bubbles, boxes or even cabins for several reasons:

– Avoid disrupting daily discussions in small groups, whether in person, by videoconference or on the telephone;
– Offer a refuge conducive to concentration, thus preventing distractions;
– Create a reassuring and secure environment, allowing everyone to isolate themselves and refocus;
– Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information, avoiding unintended exposure.

Our support

Our audio-visual integration services include the selection and installation of high-quality audio and video equipment, such as sound systems, screens and cameras, to ensure an optimal audio-visual experience in bubbles and privacy boxes .

Videlio supports you in the deployment of privacy solutions, such as sound masking systems and soundproofing materials, to guarantee the confidentiality of conversations and information exchanged in these spaces.

Boxes

Boxes are generally small enclosed spaces, often designed to accommodate one or two people.

They are intended for quick meetings, private phone calls or one-on-one work sessions that require a high level of confidentiality.

These spaces can be equipped with audiovisual solutions such as videoconferencing systems, presentation screens, and conference calling devices to enable efficient and confidential communications.

Bubbles

Bubbles are larger privacy spaces than boxes. They can generally accommodate up to four people.

Unlike cubicles, bubbles can be used for small-scale meetings, informal discussions or brainstorming sessions requiring a certain degree of confidentiality.

They are often equipped with audio-visual devices similar to those in cubicles, but can also be configured for more extensive collaboration, with interactive whiteboards or touch screens to share information.

Huddle rooms

The cabins can accommodate several people, up to ten depending on their size.

They are designed for more formal meetings, presentations or group discussions.

Booths can be equipped with advanced audiovisual technologies for multimedia presentations, group video conferencing, and collaborative work sessions.

In addition to audio-visual equipment, booths can also offer flexible furniture layout to accommodate the specific needs of meetings or discussions.
