Auto release of rooms with no-show
The Synergy Sky Management Suite enables sensors on Cisco Webex devices or Synergy sensors to automatically release reserved rooms when no one shows up. The virtual meeting remains unchanged.
In-Room Booking
Set up ad hoc video meetings* directly from the Cisco touch controller (Room Navigator and Touch 10) and invite participants directly from the tool’s directory. Join the meeting immediately with a single click. Guests receive e-mail/calendar invitations with a link to a meeting or SIP connection.
Synergy Connect
Synergy SKY CONNECT – the interoperability gateway between Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and WebRTC – is a patented solution that links these two standards for video, audio and data.
CONNECT makes it possible to integrate standards-based videoconferencing terminals (Cisco and Poly terminals) into web browser-compatible meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). This is achieved by creating a bridge between two or more protocols that are normally incompatible, such as SIP/H.323 and WebRTC / HTML. In this way, the experience on the SIP device is similar to the web browser experience, creating a seamless user experience, whatever the meeting platform.
Both SIP and WebRTC/HTML are standardized protocols. WebRTC is open and supported by Apple, Google, Microsoft and Mozilla, among others. SIP is an open standard ratified by IETF. In addition, Synergy SKY is the only interoperability provider certified for integration with Cisco video endpoints.
By complying with standards, the CONNECT gateway will be a predictive and reliable solution for both future and backward compatibility. All new meeting platforms are designed to be accessible from the web, such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex, GoTo Meetings, BlueJeans.
